Leave it to The Vinyl Factory to track down the guy who owns the biggest collection of records on the planet. Living in São Paulo, Zero Freitas wants to turn his collection into a public listening archive. He faces a lot of logistical struggles, but has ultimately decided the pursuit is worthwhile. He’s collected over six million records—that’s about the whole Discogs catalogue. Cultural Sociologist Dominik Bartmanski visited him in one of his warehouses.
