Kobosil's New EP Is Full-Tilt Techno For Futurist Nightclubs
The youngest Berghain resident has a new EP, and it really bangs.
Tough and to-the-point—Kobosil has just released his latest EP. Called RK2, it’s a record with four tracks of DJ-friendly techno tools that evoke the menacing concrete superstructure of Berghain. That’s a fitting association as the producer is currently the Berlin club mecca’s youngest resident DJ.
The record is out now on Kobosil’s own RK imprint. You can pick it up digitally or on vinyl at Hard Wax. In typical style, they’ve offered the following description, “Driving percussions driven, sub heavy droning, irresistible Techno EP.” Don’t let the lack of “killer” or “tip” in the verbiage dissuade you, this one’s a real dance floor weapon.
