Berlin’s Noisekölln Tapes has unveiled an upcoming tape from Pan Daijing, SEX & DISEASE. The Shanghai-based sound artist was recently selected as a participant for the 2015 Red Bull Music Academy in Paris, and is reportedly influenced by “1980s industrial music, philosophy and Chinese minority and Tibetan music, field recordings in temples and sound collaborations with shamans.” The seven-tracker is available as a stream or name-your-price download on Bandcamp, and a limited first edition of 50 red tapes inscribed by the artist will arrive on or around September 22.
