Damon Albarn Says Gorillaz Album Is Finished

According to the frontman, the supergroup is also preparing for a live tour.

The much-anticipated Gorillaz release was confirmed last month when the group dropped the politically-charged single “Hallelujah Money”. According to Damon Albarn, however, the entire album is already finished. In a recent conversation with a fan, the frontman also revealed that the band has begun rehearsing for a live tour. The record will be the cartoon outfit’s first since 2011’s The Fall.
