Forbes has just released their yearly list with what they are calling the “Electronic Cash Kings”—the top earning DJs in the world, which is indeed depressingly entirely male. And, just like last year, Calvin Harris is sitting on top of the list followed by Tiësto and David Guetta. Throw that in the face of anyone who tells you that EDM isn’t still going strong, and then choke back a sob. The only person conspicuously absent is Avicii, but that’s only because he quit the EDM circus a couple months ago.
