Turn Muscles Into Music With This Intriguing Arduino Hack
Finally put your muscles to some good use.
Forget synthesizers, your muscles might every well be the next big undiscovered thing in electronic music. With a little electrical stimulus, you biceps, triceps and quads can all be suddenly brought into musical life. This phenomenon is being explored by a Dr. George Marzloff. He uses a MyoWare Muscle Sensor with an Arduino Uno to trigger LEDs when muscles contract and relax. The sky is the limit with this breakthrough: Someday you may be able to use your body as a huge music machine that controls and triggers synths, lights and other electronic devices.
