While music devices are typically getting smaller, one instrument is definitely heading in the “bigger is better” direction. Giant 303 is an absurdly large replica of the famed Roland TB-303—the little instrument that brought us the epic sounds of acid house and techno—and was created as an interactive installation for events and festivals. And as you can see, the name is hardly misleading: it extends well over the arm span of an average adult human, and it even requires two people to navigate its giant interface in order to produce that famous 303 resonance.
