Azealia Banks gets produced by Machinedrum

Everyone’s fallen in love with Azealia Banks. The Harlem rapper, who rose to fame last year for her single ‘212’, released ‘NEEDSUMLUV’ last night, a pop jam markedly different from the swagger of much of her previous work. It’s a bit TOO predictable, we think, though the snippets of Aaliyah scattered throughout are a nice touch. The track was produced by fellow New Yorker and collaborator Machinedrum; stream it below.
