When it comes to ordering records online, I think we can all admit that we might have a bit too much faith in the postal service. That €200 techno dubplate you ordered off Discogs last week? Maybe you shouldn’t trust your postman to deliver it to you in one piece. After all, even those hopeful “fragile” stickers don’t offer any real guarantees for delicate treatment. And that’s exactly what Londoner Sharon O’Dea learned when she returned to her house to find that the Royal Mail had FOLDED HER VINYL RECORD IN HALF to fit it through the letterbox. We don’t know about you, but the mere thought makes us want to neck a bottle of Xanax.
