Fashion Designer Raf Simons Used A Giant Swan Track To Soundtrack His Latest Runway Show
"IFTLOYL" is featured in our list of tracks that defined the Berlin club scene in 2018.
Raf Simons is no stranger to the intersection of electronic music and fashion. Richie Hawtin, Nina Kraviz and The Black Madonna have spun at his afterparties, and his collections even count EBM legends Nitzer Ebb as fans.
The Belgian designer has further cemented his good taste by soundtracking his Paris Men’s Fashion Week show earlier this week with rhythmic noise act Giant Swan. The Bristol duo’s brooding 2017 release on Timedance, “IFTLOYL”, fit perfectly with the designer’s exaggerated post-punk aesthetic.
