"High Note" is the first single from the 'Warm Heaven' EP, out July 12 via Mansions and Millions.

Magic Island excels at turning subtlety into beauty.

On their new single, “High Note”, the Berlin-based artist uses sparse instrumentation and chillingly-soft vocals to craft a sensual, minimalist pop vibe not too far from what we’ve seen recently from FKA Twigs.

The intimate nature of the track is only amplified by its accompanying video, which shows Magic Island staring directly through the camera, moving slowly as it shifts out in and out of focus. It’s a full experience that puts Magic Island high on our list of artists to watch in the coming months.
