Some people dig for records, but we prefer to dig for synthesizers. We’re always on the hunt for obscure gear, and that’s the subject of this week’s episode of our YouTube channel’s ongoing Mathew Jonson Presents His Synthesizer Favorites video series.
This time around we’re putting the focus on the Korg Trident, a lesser-known polyphonic synthesizer from 1980. In the video, our resident synth expert Mathew Jonson puts it through its paces and demonstrates its three independently programmable sections—synthesizer, brass and strings.
