Not Into Ibiza? Unknown Festival Is Building An Island Utopia
Buying an island seems like the ultimate expression of wealth, something an Italian designer or Russian oligarch might do. But now the team behind Croatian festival Unknown has followed suite, with the purchase of a small landmass known as Obonjan Island. According to Crack and the island’s official website, Obonjan aspires to be a dance-music enthusiast resort-utopia of sorts, with nightly beach parties, a “wellbeing center” that offers yoga classes and meditation, plus food stalls, excursions and more.
You can decamp to the island starting on July 18 and stay all the way through to September. Check out the brochure and instantly wish you were elsewhere here.
