PØLI and Lorenzo Raganzini just kicked off their new techno imprint, Hex Recordings, with a bang.
“Raving In Paris” and its accompanying video depict the full-blown rave hedonism of Paris and Barcelona. It features a crew of psyched-up ravers as they pound the concrete in the two cities, snaking their way onto the wild dance floors of the Possession warehouse in Paris and Razzmatazz in Barcelona.
The track itself fits the video perfectly, with a pounding kick drum anchoring a flurry of stabbed synths and immersive pads. PØLI and Raganzini steer the track through different moods and styles, with hard techno giving way to more dreamy refrains and breakbeats.
