German company Vinyl Recorder has been in the business of producing DIY vinyl-cutting technologies since 2008. At this year’s NAMM trade show, they demoed their most recent invention—and it’s fantastic. Producing vinyl in small batches can be pricey in a factory, especially for young artists and labels. The Vinyl Recorder T560 is setting out to change this, however. It works with a standard turntable and can be operated from home.
