Sigur Rós Tease New Album With 19-Date European Tour

An Evening With Sigur Rós will hit select European cities across September and October.

Icelandic band Sigur Rós is bringing its unique brand of cathartic and atmospheric rock to the European stage later this year. The group announced a new 19 date tour via its website, where fans of the band can already sign-up for a limited run of pre-sale tickets.

The tour involves five dates in the UK and in Germany. The tour seems to be aligned with a forthcoming 8th studio album, which was teased prior to the group’s last US tour with the beautiful “Óveður”. Check out the full schedule below.
