Come Down imagines a world where the party never stops.
For most people, the idea of a seemingly-endless rave is a dream. But what if it was state policy to relentlessly blast hardcore rave music from public street corners? What if techno was militarized against the population and ear plugs were banned?
This is the premise of a new short film called Come Down. Using fractal art and VFX, the film paints an uncanny and vibrant futuristic landscape where obsession, addiction and suppression are on endless loops. Over-stimulation is constant, and it’s illegal to tune out. Sign us up.
