Maribou State (EB.TV Feature)

Hailing from Hertfordshire, UK, Maribou State join us for this Slices Feature on Electronic Beats TV. Chris Davids and Liam Ivory have grown into a friendship and their collaborative project over time. Their fusion of electronics with organic instrumentation is done in a delicate way, and their debut album “Portraits” on Counter Records has allowed them to fulfil the goal of transforming these productions into a wholly live experience. We caught up with them at one of those performances, which took place at Berlin’s Gretchen club.
