#0 Apparat – Song of Los
Berlin-Beat-Boy Sascha Ring released this video on his label’s youtube channel. The track is off Apparat‘s upcoming album The Devil’s Walk, which is his first album released under Mute Records.

#1 Arthur Russell – Lets Go Swimming (direcetd by Tom Lee)
Re-mastered reissue of Arthur Russell’s most mind-bending psychedelic dance-raga originally released in 1986. The 12? and CD include all three versions of ‘Let’s Go Swimming’. Released via Audika it comes with the previously unreleased epic 11-minute keyboard funk version of ‘Make 1, 2’.

#2 Ekoplekz & Bass Clef – First Clip (call it a teaser)
Bristol producer Ekoplekz and London-based artist Bass Clef have a new collaborative album in the works under the name EkoClef. Taste the short appetiser above.

#5 The Golden Filter – Mother (directed by Kristoffer Borgli)
The Golden Filter are set to drop a short-film including six new tracks from the news album. The clip and the upcoming short film was directed by acclaimed Swedish director Kristoffer Borgli.

#6 No Age – Inflorescence (directed by Todd Cole)
In light of the closing of Levi’s Film Workshop, No Age teamed up with the international pants company to make a video for “Inflorescence” full of cowboys, art, making out and Mariachi music. Is that true?

#7 Atari Teenage Riot – Black Flags (footage from fans and friends of ATR)
“So we came up with this concept for the Black Flags video and it was pretty rad, but when members of the legendary hacker group Anonymous got in touch because they wanted to participate, the whole thing went from DIY punkrock to super awesome”, says Alec Empire. Judge for yourself above.

Stranggggge video emerges for on of the best tunes of last year. Reminds me a bit of T2-Judgement Day which can’t be a bad thing. The main protagonist is an 18-wheeler, filmed by Theo Wenner.
